Meet Our Team

Justin Brogan
General/Branch Manager

Justin began his career in insurance and restoration in 2010, starting as an insurance claims service supervisor. He went on from there to working as an insurance broker for both residential and commercial property and then moved into a Project Manager position with ServiceMaster Restore Grande Prairie. In 2022, Justin took on the roll of General/Branch Manager.

He has a Certificate in Project Management from the University of BC as well as IICRC accreditations in Water Restoration and Fire, Smoke and Odor Restoration. He is certified to perform Asbestos remediation.

Justin is an avid community supporter, as he has lived in Grande Prairie for over 10 years, and this is where he has chosen to live and raise his family.

Jason Symon
Construction Manager

Jason is a 3rd generation carpenter, stemming from a long line of tradesmen in his family. Growing up around construction, he would help his Dad and Grandpa on weekends and after school doing renovations and various building projects. Naturally jumping into construction right after high school, he experienced all aspects of construction, both residential and commercial. He came to Grande Prairie during the boom in the 90's and started working for a local housing construction company. He eventually started his own successful construction company in 2002. He was introduced to insurance restoration during his early years of business ownership, doing many extensive rebuild projects, in and around the Peace Country. Jason has been working closely with ServiceMaster of Grande Prairie since 2017, doing restoration construction as a sub-contractor. He has now joined our staff as our Construction Manager, bringing with him over 35 years of extensive knowledge in the construction industry.

I just wanted to pass on how impressed I was with Justin Brogan and the service we received regarding a home insurance/water damage issue. Your team of guys came in and was able to get our flooring removed very quickly and Justin was very realistic in the time lines to have our flooring replaced. We had our house for sale and were very nervous how this was going to affect trying to have home showing and such. Justin kept us in the loop during every step of the repair from the beginning to the end and also a follow up. We did have some minor concerns with the touch ups that were completed with the baseboards after the flooring was replaced, and Justin sent in another guy to come and make sure that those concerns were addressed, and I feel like that guy went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way it was before. I would highly recommend your company and Justin to anyone going through a similar tragedy with their home. Justin is a great person to deal with and a great asset to your company.
